1 Lb H-E-B 85% Lean Ground Turkey
1/4 cup(s) red onion, diced
1 Tsp Patty's Herbs Oregano, chopped
1 Tsp H-E-B Organics Mint, chopped
1 Tsp fresh Italian parsley, chopped
2 Oz H-E-B Traditional Crumbled Feta
1 Tsp Morton Coarse Kosher Salt
2 Tbsp H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Grapeseed Oil
6 Oz H-E-B Meal Simple Sweet & Spicy Vegetable Dip
12 Pepperidge Farm Golden Potato Slider Buns
4 Oz H-E-B Better Burger Leaf Lettuce, sliced in half
2 medium vine ripe tomatoes, thin sliced
.3330 medium English cucumber, sliced thin, about 20 slices

Instructions

Place ground turkey, red onion, oregano, mint, parsley, feta, and salt in a bowl. Mix until just combined.

Heat a medium sauté pan over medium heat. While pan heats, form ground turkey mixture into patties, about 1.5 ounces.

Pour grapeseed oil into pan and heat for 2 minutes. Working in batches, add a few patties to the pan, cook 4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes.

While burgers cook, spread roasted red pepper and onion dip on top half of buns.

To assemble sliders, place 1 patty on bottom half of each bun followed by lettuce, tomato, and 2 slices of cucumber. Finish with top bun and serve.

Chef's Note: Sliders can also be made with falafel.
