Mediterranean Tortilla Pizza

4 carb sense flour tortillas
3 Oz Mediterranean style hummus
1 cup(s) romaine chopped salad base
2 Oz cucumber garlic dill tzatziki
2 Oz ode to olives chopped ripe black olives

Instructions

Add 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil to a large non-stick skillet, and place over medium heat.

Add 1 tortilla and cook for 5 minutes, flipping every 20 seconds, until golden brown. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

To build pizzas, spread hummus on tortillas, add lettuce, and top with tzatziki and black olives. Serve.
