1 personal watermelon
1/2 Tsp Adams Reserve Yucatan Rojo Rub
1/4 cup(s) lime juice
2 Tbsp H-E-B Blossom Honey
3 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped finely

Cut rind off watermelon and dice it up into chunks. Add Yucatan rub, lime juice, honey, and chopped mint. Toss to combine everything and place in a container.
