Marinated Sirloin and Mushroom Skewers

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Lb H-E-B Beef Top Sirloin Steak USDA Select, cut into 2 inch cubes
8 Oz cremini mushrooms
1 Tsp H-E-B Mi Comida Beef Fajita Seasoning
2 Tbsp Ottavio Private Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp lime(s), juiced

Instructions

Soak 12 skewers in water a minimum of 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Using 2 skewers, thread cubes of beef and mushrooms alternating as you go. Continue to skewer until all mushrooms and beef are used. Using 2 skewers makes it easier to turn on grill.

Place skewers on sheet pan or in a baking dish.

Combine seasoning, oil, cilantro and lime juice in a small bowl. Mix well then drizzle over skewers.

Turn skewers a few times to coat then place on grill. Grill 7 minutes then turn and grill an additional 7 minutes for medium.

Remove skewers from grill and rest a few minutes before serving.
