Marinated Grass Feb Ribeye with Caper and sundried tomato

1 Lb H-E-B Grassfed Ribeye
1 1/2 cup(s) sundried tomatoes
1 1/2 cup(s) Capers
1 cup(s) Rustico Evoo

Instructions

Empty sundried tomatoes, capers, Evoo into a blender and blend until all ingredients are smooth.

Remove steaks from vacuum seal and place into a 1 gallon zip-close bag.

Once steak is in the bag add mixture into bag a message for 2 minutes.

Seal bag and place into refrigerator for 40 minutes.

After you have allowed the meat to marinate preheat grill to high heat. Remove steak from bag and grill to your favorite temperature.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
