1 Lb Easy Peel Shrimp, thawed, peeled
1 Tbsp Tajin Seasoning
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 Oz diced bell pepper & onion
1/2 cup(s) Mi Tienda Mango Nectar
8 Mi Tienda Street Taco Flour Tortillas, cooked and wrapped in foil or warmer to keep hot
1 medium lime, cut into wedges
1/2 cup(s) queso fresco crumbles

Instructions

Season shrimp with Tajin seasoning. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and when hot add shrimp to pan, cook for 1 minute stirring frequently.

Add in bell pepper & onion mixture and cook for 1 minute until vegetables begin to soften. Add in mango nectar, cook until shrimp are no longer opaque and onions are translucent. Remove from heat.

Place 3 shrimp in each tortilla and squeeze with lime juice if desired. Top with 1 tablespoon of queso fresco crumbles and serve.
