Ingredients

Recipe makes 12 Servings

2 cup(s) ripe pineapple, cubed (about 1/2 a medium sized pineapple, peeled and cored)
1 large mango, peeled, seeded and cubed
13 1/2 fl oz can of coconut milk
3 Tbsp Limes, juice
2 Tbsp Fresh mint, leaves only, chopped
1/4 cup(s) Zero calorie monk fruit sweetener

Add pineapple, mango, coconut milk, lime juice, mint and monk fruit sweetener to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least an hour, or until frozen solid.
