24 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Popcorn Chicken
6 H-E-B Select Ingredients Bella Mandarins, peeled and rough chopped, juice saved
1 Tbsp cilantro, washed, dried, minced
1 Tbsp jalapeños, destemmed and seeded, small dice
2 Tbsp red onions, small dice
1/4 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 cup(s) H-E-B Flyin' Saucy Teriyaki Wing Sauce
8 H-E-B Mixla Tortillas, warmed

Instructions

Heat popcorn chicken in oven or air fryer according to package directions.

Meanwhile, place mandarins and juice in a medium bowl along with cilantro, jalapeños, red onions, salt, olive oil, and lime juice. Toss well to combine then place in refrigerator to chill.

When chicken is done, transfer to a medium bowl, pour teriyaki sauce over the top and toss well.

To assemble tacos, place about 2 ounces of chicken (3 to 4 pieces) in a warmed tortilla and spoon mandarin salsa on top. Drizzle with more teriyaki sauce if desired. Serve immediately.
