1 lemon(s), zested and juiced
1 Tbsp parsley, minced
1 Tsp H-E-B Organics Dijon Mustard
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper Grinder

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well incorporated.

Lay a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap on a flat surface.

Transfer butter mixture to the parchment paper and roll into a log, twisting ends like a candy wrapper.
