Ingredients

Recipe makes 12 Servings

1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
2 cup(s) flour
1 cup(s) Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
2 eggs, large
2 Tsp cornstarch
1 Tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cup(s) pecan pieces

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Use cold, cubed butter and cut into flour until the mixture is slightly crumbled.

Slowly add in cold water 1 tablespoon at a time until the dough forms but is not sticky.

Fold in flour; dough will be soft.

Divide dough equally into a non-stick muffin pan.

Moisten finger tips with water and press dough to line cups.

In a separate bowl combine filling ingredients: brown sugar, eggs, cornstarch, vanilla extract and pecan pieces.

Spoon filling into each cup.
