Instructions

1
Mix salad kit together in a bowl according to package directions. Set aside.
2
Cook bacon in microwave or skillet until fully cooked to desired crispness. Set aside.
3
Preheat grill to medium-high. Place burgers on grill and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side, for medium (or longer for desired doneness). After flipping burgers once, lay 1 slice of cheese on each burger to melt.
4
While cheese melts, spray each half of hamburger buns with a short burst of spray oil and position cut side down on grill to toast lightly (about 2 to 3 minutes).
5
Spray both sides of pineapple rings lightly with spray oil and add to grill just long enough to sear lightly and leave grill marks (about 2 to 3 minutes).
6
Remove buns, pineapple and burgers from grill.
7
To assemble burgers place about 1/3 cup of salad mixture on bottom bun. Top with burger, bacon, pineapple and a generous drizzle of sriracha. Replace top bun and serve immediately with any remaining salad as a side dish.
