8 .9000 Oz Bagel Dots Plain Jane
4 Oz H-E-B Wild Smoked Alaskan Sockeye Salmon
1/2 cup(s) red onion, thinly sliced, plus more as needed
1/3 cup(s) capers, rinsed and drained, plus more as needed

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325˚F.

Arrange bagel dots on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or foil.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until fully cooked through. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before making kabobs.

For kabobs, skewer a bagel dot followed by a piece of folded smoked salmon and alternate so each skewer has two bagel dots and two slices of salmon. Repeat with each kabob.

Arrange kabobs on a tray and serve with thinly sliced red onions and capers.
