3 large eggs
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup(s) sugar free lemon lime soda, divided into 1/2 cup portions
1 Duncan Hines Keto Friendly Yellow Cake Mix
1 Tsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup(s) Swerve Confectioners Sugar Substitute

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a standard Bundt pan with non-stick spray.

In a large bowl whisk together eggs, oil, and half a cup of lemon lime soda until well combined. Add cake mix and whisk until smooth and lump free.

Pour batter into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center pulls out clean. Remove from oven and set pan on a rack while cake cools.

While cake is cooling, combine lemon juice, Swerve, and 2 tablespoons of lemon lime soda in a medium bowl. Whisk until combined with a thick syrup present.

If more soda is needed to achieve the desired consistency, add 1 teaspoon at a time, stirring between each addition.

Once cake is completely cool, carefully unmold from pan onto a serving tray. Pour lemon glaze over cake and allow to set for 15 minutes for glaze to harden.
