1 Lb H-E-B Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/8 Tsp kosher salt
1/8 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Honey Mustard
1 lime, 3 Tsp juice plus 1 Tsp zest
3 H-E-B Peeled Garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp Kikkoman All-Purpose Less Sodium Soy Sauce

Instructions

Place chicken breasts between 2 sheets wax paper, then pound with a meat mallet or rolling pin to a uniform thickness of 1/4-inch.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place honey mustard in a large shallow glass dish.

Combine zest and juice with honey mustard, garlic and soy sauce to make marinade.

Add chicken to marinade and turn to coat both sides. Let stand 10 to 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat charcoal 30 minutes until covered with a light layer of gray ash or heat gas grill on high 10 minutes with lid closed.

Grill chicken 4 inches above medium heat.

Cook 4 to 6 minutes per side until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
