Recipe makes 6 Servings

1/4 cup(s) butter, melted
1/3 cup(s) granulated sugar
4 cup(s) Lemon Wafer Cookies, finely crushed
2 Pt Italian Sorbetto by H-E-B Lemon Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert, softened
8 Oz Hill Country Fare Whipped Topping, softened
3/4 cup(s) fresh blueberries

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine butter, sugar, and lemon cookie crumbs. Mix until well blended.

Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake 10 minutes then remove from oven and allow to cool.

When crust is completely cool, spoon softened lemon sorbetto into pie pan and spread evenly.

Spread whipped topping over sorbetto and garnish with blueberries. Place back in freezer for at least 1 hour to set.
