2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 Tsp ground dry ginger
1/3 cup(s) honey
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low and cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
