2 salmon filets
1 Tsp salt
3 Tbsp H-E-B Flyin' Saucy Korean BBQ Wing Sauce, divided use
1 cup(s) broccoli florets
1 cup(s) H-E-B Organic Mini Petite Carrots, cut in half horizontally
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Celery Sticks, thin sliced
2 Good Cook 3 Compartment Meal Prep Containers
8 4/5 Oz Hill Country Fare Quick Heat Whole Grain Brown Rice
2 H-E-B Bella Mandarins, peeled and broken into segments

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray.

Lay salmon on foil and season each filet with salt and one tablespoon of wing sauce. Bake 10 to 12 minutes to desired doneness. Set aside to cool.

Meanwhile, place broccoli and carrots in a plastic bag, leave partially open, and microwave 1 minute. Remove from bag and cool.

In a small bowl toss together carrots, broccoli, and celery with remaining Korean BBQ Wing Sauce. Place half of broccoli mixture in one of the small sections of each container.

Break apart rice and place half in each remaining small section of containers.

In the large section of each container, add 6 mandarin segments and a salmon filet. Add lid and refrigerate.
