1 Tsp lime, zested and 1 tbsp juiced
3/4 Tsp Knorr Chicken flavor Bouillon
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
3 Tbsp Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp reduced fat sour cream
1/2 Tsp ancho chili powder
6 H‑E‑B Super Sweet Corn
1/4 cup(s) finely grated cotija cheese

Combine lime juice and Knorr Chicken flavor Bouillon in small microwave-safe cup. Microwave at high 20 seconds or until very hot. Stir until Bouillon dissolves; cool slightly.

Meanwhile, combine lime peel, cilantro, Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, sour cream and chili powder in medium bowl. Add bouillon mixture and stir to combine.

Brush corn lightly with some of the mayonnaise mixture. Grill, turning occasionally, until golden and tender, about 10 minutes.

Arrange hot corn on serving platter; drizzle with remaining Mayonnaise mixture; turn to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
