3 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Corn Chips
1 cup(s) white onions, chopped
10 Oz H-E-B Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
10 1/2 Oz Hill Country Fare Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Lb H-E-B Chicken Thighs Seasoned for Fajitas, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup(s) H-E-B Fancy Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

Heat oven to 400°F.

Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Evenly spread 1 cup of corn chips in prepared baking dish; set aside.

Combine onion, tomato, mushroom soup and chicken in medium-size bowl.

Evenly spread chicken mixture over corn chips in baking dish.

Top with remaining corn chips and cheese.

Spray foil sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

Loosely place foil sheet over casserole spray-side down and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for 10-15 more minutes or until bubbly throughout (165°F internal temperature).
