1 Tbsp oil
1 1/2 Lb Mi Tienda Bistec Norteno
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Fresh Medium Salsa
12 Oz H-E-B Queso Hot Pepper
10 Oz Queso Quesadilla, grated
14 1/2 Oz H-E-B Black Beans, drained and rinsed
16 Oz H-E-B Bakery Tortilla Chips

Instructions

Place a medium to large pot over medium heat. Add oil followed by bistec norteno, breaking up meat with a spoon as it cooks. Stir occasionally until no longer pink then carefully drain off liquid and return pot to stove.

Add salsa, queso, and queso quesadilla, stirring frequently to keep mixture from burning.

When all cheese is melted and mixture is hot, gently stir in black beans. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
