2 Lb fresh sweet potatoes
4 Tbsp H-E-B Unsalted Butter
1/4 cup(s) Roberts Reserve Pineapple & Habanero Dip
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp pepper

Instructions

Peel potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces. Place in a 3-quart pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over High heat. Reduce heat to Medium; cook potatoes at a gentle rolling boil 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well and return potatoes to cooking pot.

Add butter; stir to melt and combine. Stir in Rothschild sauce; season with salt and pepper.
