Recipe makes 8 Servings

3 Asian pears, julienned
1 package of julienned carrots
2 Tbsp lemon(s), juiced
3 Honey Drop Mandarins, skin and pith removed and sliced into rounds
1 1/2 Tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 cup(s) green onion(s), sliced at an angle or bias cut small
1/2 Tsp large navel orange, zested
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Teriyaki Panko Bread Crumbs

Instructions

Julienne pears and place them into bowl along with carrots, toss them together with fresh lemon juice. (This will keep pears from browning)

Add mandarin oranges, roasted walnut oil, green onions, orange zest and teriyaki bread crumbs. Toss to combine everything and season to taste with salt and pepper.
