Recipe makes 8 Servings

2 tomatillos, husk removed
3 garlic cloves, whole
1/2 jalapeño, seeds removed
2 Oz ranch packet
1/3 cup(s) buttermilk, as needed
1/4 bunch of cilantro
8 Oz mayo

Instructions

In a medium size pot over high heat, bring tomatillos and garlic to a boil in salted water. Cook 15 minutes or until tender then strain.

In a food processor, mix tomatillos and garlic until it has the consistency of chunky salsa. Transfer to bowl and set aside.

In food processor, add half of jalapeño, ranch packet, buttermilk, cilantro and mayo. Process until creamy then add about 1/2 cup of tomatillo mixture.

Season with salt and pepper and chill a few hours before serving.

Serve with chips, on tacos, enchiladas or as a spicy dressing.
