1 non-stick spray
4 white corn tortillas
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Real Egg
2 Tbsp 2% Monterrey Jack cheese
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Fresher Lasting Medium Salsa

Instructions

Heat a heavy bottom skillet over on medium for 2 minutes.

Coat pan with non-stick spray and then cut tortillas into strips and add to pan.

Carefully add Real Egg product over tortilla strips and cook eggs for 2 minutes to desired doneness.

Pour salsa into a microwave safe bowl and heat for 45 seconds or until warmed. Remove and set aside.

Top eggs with cheese and heated salsa.
