4 Top Sirloin Steak, 1-inch thick
1 large red onion, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Pure Honey
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Cider Vinegar
1/4 Tbsp Tabasco Original Flavor Pepper Sauce
1/8 Tsp Adams Coarse Black Pepper

Instructions

Combine mustard, parsley, honey, vinegar, water, pepper sauce and pepper to make glaze.

Place beef steaks and onion on grill over medium coals; brush steaks and onion with glaze.

Grill steaks 9 to 12 minutes for rare (145°F) to medium (160°F), turning once and brushing with glaze.
