7 Oz H-E-B Diced Bell Pepper
9 1/2 Oz H-E-B Green Beans
14 Oz Uncle Ben's Minute Boil-In-Bag Rice
29 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Chicken Broth
12 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Shredded Chicken

Instructions

Heat oil in a large cooking pot over Medium heat.

Add diced bell pepper and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.

Add green beans, rice and chicken broth; stir to combine.

Bring vegetable-soup mixture to a boil.

Cover and reduce heat to Medium-Low heat and cook for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Add shredded chicken to soup and stir to combine.

Heat uncovered for 2 more minutes and serve.
