1 H-E-B Fully Cooked Meatballs, halved
1 Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Plum Garlic Thai Sauce
2 cup(s) pineapple, medium dice
1 green bell pepper, small dice
1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and small diced
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Heat meatballs per package instructions.

Place meatballs, plum garlic Thai sauce, pineapple, and peppers in large stock pot.

Cover and place on low heat. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Turn heat off. Add cilantro; cover and let rest 3 minutes.
