2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
2 Lb H-E-B Ground Turkey
11 Oz H-E-B Chopped Onions
7 Oz H-E-B Diced Bell Peppers 3 Color
4 Tbsp Bolner's Fiesta Brand Quick Chili Mix
15 Oz Central Market Organics Pinto Beans
15 Oz H-E-B Diced Mexican-Style Tomatoes
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Salt
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper

Heat a large chili pot over high heat 2 minutes; add oil and ground turkey, and stir-fry 5 minutes until all liquid is gone and meat is browned; add onions, peppers and chili mix to meat, then stir-fry 3 minutes more.

Add beans and tomatoes to chili meat, and bring to a boil; reduce heat to low, and cook for 15 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
