Recipe makes 12 Servings

16 1/2 Oz butter cake mix
2 mixed fruit cups
2 eggs, whites only
8 Oz light whipped topping

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Line cupcake tins with 12 paper liners and set aside.

Combine cake mix, fruit cups with juice and egg whites in a large mixing bowl.

Mix batter with an electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scrapping bowl occasionally, and mix batter on medium speed 2 minutes more.

Divide batter into 12 cupcake liners.

Bake cupcakes 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes clean.

Cool cupcakes before icing with 2 tablespoons whipped topping.
