Harissa Adobo Marinated Pork Chop Grilled

1 H-E-B Natural Pork Loin Chop
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Sweet Pork Rub
2 Tbsp Texas Brew Harissa Adobo

Instructions

In a medium bowl sprinkle pork with sweet pork rub rub and turn to coat.

Pour harissa adobo on chop and spread to coat.

Allow to marinate for thirty minutes.

Preheat grill to medium high.

Spray grill liberally with non-stick spray to keep pork chop from sticking.

Place pork chop on grill and grill for 4 minutes per side. Remove to cold side of grill, close lid and indirect grill for 15-18 minutes until pork reaches internal temperature of 150F.

Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting and serving. Season to taste as needed.
