3 cup(s) H-E-B Baker's Scoop Self Rising Flour
2 Tbsp H-E-B Pure Cane Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
12 Oz beer
3 Tbsp McCormick Italian Seasoning
1/4 cup(s) unsalted butter, melted
16 Oz H-E-B Select Grilled Eggplant, sliced
16 Oz H-E-B Select Grilled Mixed Peppers
8 Oz H-E-B Natural Sliced Provolone Cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Combine self-rising flour, sugar, beer and Italian seasoning. Stir just enough to moisten.

Spread dough evenly on a nonstick sheet pan, brush with melted butter and bake 15-20 minutes.

Remove bread from oven and divide into 6 portions. Split and fill with grilled vegetables and cheese.

Grill sandwiches on indoor table top grill or sandwich press.
