Grilled Shrimp Scampi With Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Lb H-E-B Fresh Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 H-E-B Peeled Garlic, minced
6 Tbsp pure olive oil
2 large navel orange, juiced
2 Tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp Central Market Organic Ground White Pepper

Instructions

Place shrimp in glass baking dish.

Combine garlic, olive oil, orange juice, Italian parsley, salt and white pepper in a small bowl.

Pour mixture over shrimp and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Remove shrimp from marinade and place on a greased grill topper.

Pour marinade into a small saucepan and heat to a boil.

Grill shrimp over hot coals for 4 minutes per side.

Brush with marinade while cooking.

Spoon any remaining sauce over shrimp and serve.
