Ingredients

Recipe makes 16 Servings

4 medium avocado, cut in half, stones and peel removed
1 yellow onion, cut into 8 wedges
2 tomato, each cut into 4 wedges
2 jalapeno pepper, each cut in half, seeds and stems removed
4 H-E-B Peeled Garlic
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Tsp fajita seasoning
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp pepper
16 Oz H-E-B Tortilla Chips

Instructions

Combine avocados, onions, tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, garlic, olive oil, and fajita seasoning in a large zipper bag. Gently turn the bag over several times to coat ingredients.

Spray a grilling mesh with nonstick cooking spray, and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium low (300°F).

Place seasoned avocado mixture on prepared grilling mesh and put mesh directly on hot grill.

Close lid and cook for 5 minutes.

Chop grilled guacamole ingredients and combine in a large bowl with the lime juice and chopped cilantro.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with baked corn tortilla chips.
