Grilled Burger Salad with Buffalo Blue Cheese Dressing

4 Eva Mini Romaine Hearts
2 Prime 1 Cowboy Bacon Burgers
4 Oz blue cheese crumbles
1 cup(s) Robert's Reserve Fresh Buffalo Blue Cheese Dip, plus more as needed

Instructions

Preheat grill to 350ºF.

Meanwhile, cut lettuce and evenly spread on a serving tray. Set aside.

Grill burgers to desired degree of doneness (160ºF is the preferred internal temperature).

Rest burgers about 5 minutes then chop up, discarding any juices.

To assemble salad, place chopped burgers evenly over salad.

Garnish with blue cheese and Buffalo blue cheese dip. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Chef's Note: I like to garnish this salad with green onions and cherry tomatoes.
