Grilled Bratwurst and Sauerkraut

1 1/2 Lb H‑E‑B Bratwurst Pork Sausage Links
2 cup(s) H‑E‑B Sauerkraut
6 H‑E‑B Bakery Butter Brioche Hot Dog Buns

Instructions

Start grill with instant light charcoal. Allow 10 minutes for the flames to die down.

Place bratwurst on the grill and brown on all sides.

While bratwurst cooks, heat sauerkraut in a cast iron skillet on the grill.

Wrap hot dog buns in foil and place indirectly on the grill to heat up.

Once bratwurst are finished grilling, place each in a hot dog bun and top with sauerkraut. Serve hot.
