1 1/2 Oz fresh cilantro
1 1/2 Oz curly parsley
.6000 Oz fresh mint
1 Oz jalapeños
3/4 Oz fresh garlic
2 1/4 Oz shallots
1/4 Oz coriander, ground
1/4 Oz cumin, ground
1 1/4 Oz red wine vinegar
4 Oz cold water, as needed for viscosity

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth and creamy, Add 2 tablespoons of cold water at a time as needed to get desired consistency.
