8 small H-E-B Organics Mint, chopped, plus more for garnish if desired
11 .2000 fl oz Central Market Organic Ruby Red Grapefruit Italian Soda
6 4/5 fl oz Central Market Organic Clementine Ginger Beer
1 Tbsp lime(s), juice

Instructions

Add chopped mint leaves to 2 serving glasses and crush firmly with the back of a spoon or a muddler to release the natural oils. Add ice to glasses.

Add red grapefruit soda, clementine ginger beer and lime juice to a pitcher. Stir gently.

Divide equally between the glasses. Garnish with fresh mint, a thin wedge of fresh grapefruit or a lime slice if desired.
