2 Texas Rio Star grapefruit, sectioned and chopped, undrained
2 cup(s) large grapefruit
8 Oz Hill Country Fare Vanilla Instant Pudding
8 Oz whipped topping
1 H-E-B Fat-Free Angel Food Cake, 10 inch round

Instructions

Mix grapefruit sections and dry pudding mix in medium bowl.

Gently stir in whipped topping.

Cut cake horizontally into three layers. Place bottom cake layer, cut-side up, on serving plate. Top with one-third of the pudding mixture.

Repeat layers two times. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Garnish with grapefruit sections and strawberries just before serving if desired.
