Instructions

1
Heat oven to 350°F. Generously grease a 12-cup fluted tube pan with shortening or cooking spray. In a large 1-gallon resealable food storage bag, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon.
2
Separate dough into 16 biscuits and cut each into quarters. Place in bag with cinnamon and sugar, seal, and shake to coat.
3
Arrange in prepared pan, adding walnuts and raisins among the biscuit pieces. Sprinkle any remaining cinnamon sugar over the top.
4
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and melted butter and pour over biscuit pieces.
5
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in the center. Loosen monkey bread from edges of pan with a metal spatula. Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
6
Hold a serving plate upside down over pan, and flip monkey bread onto plate. Replace any biscuit pieces and caramel from pan. Pull apart to serve. Serve warm.
