Recipe makes 8 Servings

6 Oz blueberries
1 Tbsp sugar
1 small orange, sliced
6 bottles The Good Cider Hard Apple Cider, 11.2 oz bottles
1 bottle cava rose, chilled
1 red delicious apple, sliced into wedges for garnish

Instructions

In a small pot or sauce pan combine 2 tablespoons of water, blueberries, sugar and 1 to 2 orange segments. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, then cook until softened and blueberries start to breakdown and sauce coats the back of a spoon.

Fill 6 glasses (at least 8 oz.) with 3 to 4 ice cubes, then spoon blueberries/sauce over ice.

Fill each glass 3/4 of the way with a bottle of cider and top off with cava and additional fresh blueberries or oranges.
