Ingredients

Recipe makes 8 Servings

2 1/2 Lb Yukon gold potatoes, rinsed and cut into quarters
1/2 cup(s) whole milk
1 stick unsalted butter
1/4 cup(s) Cookwell & Company Pecos 83 Barbecue Marinade
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup(s) green onion, chopped
1/2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Place potatoes in a large pot of well salted water and boil 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender.

While potatoes are boiling, place milk, butter and marinade in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until butter is melted. Remove from heat.

Strain potatoes and mash with a potato masher or whisk.

Add milk and marinade mixture a small amount at a time, mashing with each addition.

Stir in bacon, onions and cheese to potatoes.
