Fresh Strawberry Empanadas

1/4 cup(s) cream cheese
1/2 cup(s) fresh strawberries, diced
2 Tbsp agave nectar, divided use
8 Oz H-E-B Crescent Rolls
1 Tbsp Wilton White Sparkling Sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together cream cheese, strawberries and 1 tablespoon agave nectar.

Unroll dough and place about 1 teaspoon of strawberry mixture onto each one.

Fold over dough and crimp edges with a fork.

While cooling, brush with agave nectar and sprinkle with sugar.

Place onto foil-wrapped baking sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
