16 Oz H-E-B Baker's Scoop Angel Food Cake Mix
8 Oz Hill Country Fare Whipped Topping
14 Oz mixed berries
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Coconut, shredded

Instructions

Slice the Angel Food cake into two layers. Place half of angel food cake on cake platter.

Spread 1/2 of whipped topping on the top and sides of first cake layer.

Arrange 1/2 of the mixed berries and coconut if desired on the top and sides of the iced cake.

Top the iced cake with the remaining cake layer and spread the remainder of the whipped cream and mixed berries.

Sprinkle with coconut if desired. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
