8 slices H-E-B® Bake Shop French Toast Bread, toasted
8 Oz cream cheese
8 large fresh strawberries, quartered
32 fresh blueberries
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B® More Fruit Apricot Fruit Spread, plus 2 tablespoons of water

Instructions

Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese and cut into quarters.

Line toast points on a sheet pan and on each piece of toast place strawberry pieces and blueberries.

Melt fruit spread with water in microwave until warm and liquid then drizzle over French toast.
