1 H-E-B French Baguette Bread, day old
3 Oz cream cheese
1/3 Lb H-E-B Sharp Cheddar Chunk Cheese
1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter
2 H-E-B Large Grade AA Eggs, whites only, beaten to stiff peaks

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Trim crust and cut bread into 1-inch squares.

Melt margarine, cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a double boiler or microwave.

Fold into egg whites.

Dip bread into cheese mixture, place on a cookie sheet, cover with foil or wax paper and refrigerate overnight.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
