20 Oz Beer Bratwurst Link
1 cup(s) white onion, chopped
2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Southern Hash Browns
1 cup(s) Fuji apples, sliced
32 Oz H-E-B Sauekraut, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup(s) fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Heat a large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes.

Add the fresh brat sausages and cook on all sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Remove brats from skillet and place on paper towels to drain.

Retain 1 tablespoon sausage drippings from pan and add chopped onions.

Stir-fry onions over medium-high heat for 3 minutes or until golden brown.

Add hash brown potatoes and apples to onions and continue cooking over medium heat for 3 more minutes.

Add drained Bavarian sauerkraut to potato mixture and stir-fry for one minute.

Arrange sausages over sauerkraut mixture and add 1 1/2 cup water.

Cook sausages over medium heat for 10 more minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle chopped parsley over brats.
