Farfalle & Tomatoes With Italian Sausage

20 Oz H-E-B Mild Italian Sausage
4 cup(s) tomato, chopped
1/4 Tsp black pepper
1/2 cup(s) basil leaves, sliced
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Fancy Shredded Italian Blend Cheese

Instructions

Cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions, then drain.

Meanwhile, cook sausage and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat 8-10 minutes until sausage is no longer pink; break sausage up into small pieces with edge of spoon during cooking.

Stir in tomatoes and pepper, then cook over medium heat 3-4 minutes until tomatoes are tender; remove from heat.

Toss sausage mixture with cooked pasta, basil and cheese.
