Ingredients

Recipe makes 12 Servings

4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts, thawed, sliced thin
1 Tbsp Bolner's Fiesta Brand Fajita Seasoning
2 Tbsp canola oil
16 Oz H-E-B® Fajita Vegetable Blend
12 flour tortillas
8 Oz fat-free sour cream
1 whole jalapeños, drained and sliced lengthwise

Instructions

Season chicken with fajita seasoning.

Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat 2 minutes.

Stir-fry chicken 4 to 5 minutes and transfer to serving dish.

Using same skillet, stir-fry vegetables 5 minutes until golden brown on edges.

Add cooked chicken to vegetables and stir-fry 1 minute more.

Wrap tortillas in paper towels and microwave on high 1 minute until hot.

Arrange chicken and vegetables, hot tortillas, sour cream and jalapeños on serving plates to assemble wraps.
