1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Long Grain White Rice, uncooked
10 Oz H-E-B Mild Diced Tomatoes With Green Chilies
8 Oz H-E-B Easy Melt Cheese, original flavor

Instructions

Add water, rice, and tomatoes with green chilies to a large saucepan. Cover and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

Add cheese on top of rice and tomato mixture. Do not stir through. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered for an additional 10 minutes.

When cooking time is finished, stir melted cheese through the rice. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
