2 cup(s) King Arthur Bread Flour
1 Tbsp dry active yeast, plus additional 1/4 Tsp
1 Tsp H-E-B Kosher Salt
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp H‑E‑B Texas Wildflower Honey

Instructions

In a large mixer with a hook attachment, combine all dry ingredients and mix for 2 minutes. Add the oil and honey and mix to combine.

Add water and continue mixing everything for several minutes or until dough pulls away from the bowl. If dough looks a bit dry add 1 tbsp of water at a time until it starts to come together. You don't want the dough to be sticky.

For immediate use, form dough into balls and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap or a small unscented trash bag and allow them to proof (rise) for 20-30 minutes before baking or grilling.

Add flour to the surface of your workspace to keep dough from sticking and form into circle. Place on grill or sheet pan and add favorite pizza toppings. And cook until dough is golden brown and cheeses are melty.

For best flavor results, place dough in a bag and refrigerate overnight to allow dough to rest. The next day allow to thaw and rise, cook as needed.
